Access to the site implies acceptance of these terms. They govern use of the public website of ABK IT LLC (“ABK”). A separate service contract (quote, proposal, development agreement) takes precedence over these pages once signed.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents ABK’s activity: design and development of web, mobile, SaaS, and CRM applications. It is not a binding offer. Case studies are illustrative.
2. Project request
The questionnaire and contact form are used to qualify a need. A quote, scoping, or prototype (“starting block”) is only committed after written confirmation from ABK. Figures shown on the site (starting budget, MVP timelines) are indicative and depend on the actual scope.
3. Services
Unless otherwise stated in the signed contract:
- ABK provides design, development, consulting, and support services, not off-the-shelf software sold as-is;
- code developed for the client under the contract is assigned in accordance with that contract (in principle, client ownership of specific deliverables, excluding open-source components, internal tools, and ABK know-how);
- timelines are estimates; they run from the validations, content, and access provided by the client;
- prices are exclusive of tax, as per the quote.
4. Visitor / client obligations
You agree to:
- provide accurate information in the form;
- not disrupt the site (abusive scraping, intrusion, denial of service);
- hold the rights to the content, brands, and data you send us for a project.
5. Ownership of the site
The site, the ABK brand, the logo, and editorial content remain the property of ABK IT LLC. Substantial extraction is prohibited.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. ABK strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the absence of error or continuous availability. ABK is not liable for linked third-party sites (including WhatsApp). Liability for a service is limited to the corresponding contract.
7. Governing law
The site is published by a Wyoming LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and, where applicable, by mandatory rules of the visitor’s country (including EU consumers). Disputes related to a B2B engagement will first be submitted to an amicable attempt, then to the courts provided in the contract.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact form.
These pages describe ABK IT LLC’s practices. They are not legal advice. For any question: contact form.
